Position

This role sits at the intersection of marketing performance, analytics, and strategic planning. You will support the regional marketing team in turning data into insight and insight into impact by tracking performance, supporting budget governance, and helping markets make data-informed decisions. You’ll work closely with regional leads and country marketing teams across the MENA region to ensure effective, efficient, and aligned marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing strategy or analytics journey, looking to grow their skills by solving real business problems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Projects & Growth Initiatives:

    • Lead and coordinate performance tracking for growth initiatives.
    • Build and maintain dashboards to analyze marketing spend across markets.
    • Create a repository of missed OKRs and analyze root causes to drive performance improvement.
    • Track competitor marketing activity and drive internal responses.
  • Performance Monitoring & Forecasting:

    • Maintain key performance trackers (CAC, ROI, LTV, etc.) across all markets.
    • Forecast performance against objectives and suggest corrective actions.
  • Budget Efficiency & Spend Governance:

    • Support budget tracking and variance analysis across marketing channels.
    • Collaborate with teams to ensure effective budget use aligned with goals.
  • Insights & Cross-Functional Support:

    • Prepare performance reports and coordinate with BI, Finance, and local teams.
    • Conduct ad hoc analyses for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in growth, marketing strategy, business strategy, or consulting.
  • Comfortable working with performance data for business or marketing decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with tight timelines.
  • Prior involvement in budget tracking, KPI reporting, or campaign analysis.

Key Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formula logic).
  • Strong analytical mindset to identify trends and build insights.
  • Sound understanding of marketing metrics (CAC, ROI, payback, LTV, retention).
  • Clear communication skills, capable of writing concise summaries and presenting structured data.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks confidently.
  • Self-starter with ownership mentality.

Bonus Skills:

  • Prior experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or digital-first companies.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Looker, or other BI/visualization tools.
  • Experience in consulting or business strategy roles.
  • Understanding of channel-level marketing performance.
  • Exposure to tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Braze, Adjust.
