As an IAM Consultant at Accenture Middle East in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for Identity Governance and Administration solutions, develop IAM strategies, architectures, and implementation plans, define technical and business requirements for identity and access management solutions, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for Identity Governance and Administration solutions.
• Building policies, processes, and frameworks related to identity and Access management.
• Conduct assessments of clients' existing IAM processes, systems, and controls to identify areas for improvement.
• Define technical and business requirements for IAM solutions.
• Advise on the implementation of new IAM features tailored to the environment.
• Develop and implement access control policies, roles, and entitlements to ensure appropriate levels of access.
• Provide guidance on best practices for compliance reporting and identity lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IGA solutions into clients' environments.
• Provide training and support to clients' teams for the adoption and ongoing management of IGA solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record with 6+ years of experience in IT services and information security.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working on identity and access management.
• Familiarity with IAM systems and Directories such as SailPoint, Entra ID, ForgeRock, Okta, Novell, LDAP, and AD.
• Experience with RBAC and Role Engineering.
• Prior consulting experience and excellent customer-facing skills are highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
