Job Description
Delivery lead of the clients Digital Factory in the Oil and Gas industry. End to end responsible for the delivery and quality if a Digital Factory responsible for the identification of digital use cases, their impact assessment, estimation, planning and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of the Digital Factory, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to project plans.
- Provide expert guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures and maintain client satisfaction.
To land this role, you should have:
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience managing multiple technology projects & programs.
- Experience in delivering complex Digital and IT engagements in the Middle East region, preferably for clients in the Energy Sector.
- Must be a person with a strong combination of experience in delivery excellence but also client management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong presentation skills to different audiences including Senior leadership and executives.
- Knowledge of and experience working with development teams.
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to aggregate and present technical data at a program level and communicate to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile expert and experience in increasing and transforming the maturity, productivity, and quality of teams.
- Knowledge about industry best practices, frameworks, and tools used in agile program management.
Education
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant subject areas such as Information Technology.
