Accenture is seeking a Technology Strategy & Advisory Senior Manager to join our Health & Public Sector team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be a trusted partner to business leaders, working with a diverse team of experts to deliver successful tech-enabled transformations that create new kinds of value for clients.
As a Technology Strategy Senior Manager, you will leverage your deep technology strategy development and architecture skills to influence C-level client agendas through valuable technology insights. You will lead complex engagements end-to-end, ensuring client satisfaction and the delivery of meaningful outcomes, while managing teams and financials. Additionally, you will identify and originate business opportunities, driving leaders to transform their technology functions to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply deep technology strategy development to influence client agendas.
- Collaborate with senior management levels at clients and within Accenture.
- Lead complex engagements, managing client satisfaction, value delivery, teams, and financials.
- Drive business development efforts with clients and Accenture teams until successful sale closure.
- Maximize the value of technology investments by collaborating across business, technology, and cross-functions.
- Create thought leadership assets presenting innovative insights and recommendations on market-relevant technology strategy.
- Build internal technology strategy skills and identify collaboration opportunities within Accenture and ecosystem partners.
Key Skills
- Strong data-driven consulting with a focus on business and technology value realization.
- Deep understanding of IT and Digital technology strategy, enterprise architecture, cloud, data & analytics, and IT cost reduction.
- Proven industry experience in health and public sector.
- Ability to shape client objectives and influence decision-making at senior management levels.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams for technology strategy.
- Proven experience in originating and closing business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of work experience, with at least 8 years in IT/Digital technology strategy.
- Proven consulting experience or strong in-house IT/Digital strategy background in an enterprise architecture division.
- Arabic speaking preferred; fluent English required.
- Established network in the Middle East market (UAE/KSA) is a plus.
