About the Job
As a Senior Generative AI Engineer at Acuative Middle East, you will lead the development and implementation of complex generative AI projects, driving innovation in the field, including but not limited to text generation and image synthesis. This role involves taking ownership of generative AI projects from conception to deployment, utilizing techniques such as zero-shot and few-shot prompt tuning, and evaluating and improving model performance based on defined quality metrics.
You will be responsible for integrating generative models into production systems and APIs, experimenting with new architectures and techniques in generative AI, and staying abreast of the latest research in the field. Additionally, you will define the technical roadmap for generative AI R&D, mentor and guide junior engineers, and collaborate with both external and internal teams along with partners and vendors.
