Principal System Engineer

As we continue to grow and take on new challenges, we are seeking a talented Principal System Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, with a hybrid full-time work condition.

Responsibilities:

• Drive system engineering tasks on allocated projects, including:
  • Compile and maintain the Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP)
  • Develop specifications for systems and subsystems for the development team
  • Create Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
  • Develop architectural designs in consultation with design authorities
  • Manage technical aspects of multidisciplinary teams, including performance trade-offs
  • Coordinate with product support development to implement reliability and maintainability in design
  • Develop the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP)
  • Support system qualification and ensure compliance reports are documented
  • Conduct technical Design Reviews and Test Readiness Reviews
  • Hold Configuration Control Boards to process Engineering Change Requests
  • Generate technical work packages, reports, and presentations as required

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering
• Minimum 10 years working experience in a high-tech environment, preferably 15 years in aerospace
• Minimum 5 years (preferably 10 years) working experience as a systems engineer
• Previous experience within the aeronautics engineering environment is preferable
