We have an immediate opening for a Senior IT Support Engineer in one of our Fulfillment Centers. These centers handle millions of items from tens of thousands of vendors, shipping them across the globe every day. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of their areas of responsibility and ensure that changes are effectively managed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and operating infrastructure environments with a focus on operability.
  • Ensuring infrastructure work progresses successfully in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Collaborating with a diverse team and contributing to a culture that values different backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
  • 4+ years networking experience (e.g., DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP).
  • 4+ years experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux Operating systems in a corporate setting.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with network security measures (e.g., Firewalls, ACLs, VPNs).
  • Experience with coding is highly valued.

Language Requirements:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
