Senior Systems Engineer/Technical Specialist
We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer/technical specialist to design, maintain, and support our growing customer base. This role will be part of a systems engineering team responsible for the design and development of scalable, highly-available systems and cloud architectures. Our ideal candidate will be organized, detail-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Personal Skills
- Specializing in System Administration and Technical support services.
- IT Infrastructure Project Plan and Management: Plan, design, and implement IT infrastructure solutions to meet business needs.
- Virtualization-Environment using Microsoft Hyper-V & VM Ware vCenter 5.5 & 6.0 / ESXi 5.5 & 6.0 hosts.
- Troubleshooting Network Systems, Windows 7, 8, 10 Operating systems and Windows Server 2008, 2012 R2, 2016.
- Configuring and Managing the SAN and NAS storages such as Dell EMC, EqualLogic, VNX 5300, HP P 2000, HPE 2050, MSA, QNAP & Synology storages.
- Proficient in VMware, Nutanix for virtual machine management, snapshot operations, and VM migration.
- Experienced in Azure Cloud Services, Security Alert Management, MFA implementation, and AWS instance management.
- Strong knowledge in MS Exchange 2019 and Email Migration to O365.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented IT Infrastructure.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance/Health checkup/Audit and generate reports to customer by highlighting necessary recommendations, best practices, etc.
- Quick and self-learner to understand customer environment and process to support.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in systems Planning Installation and administration.
- Installing, Configuring, Hardening and Administration of Windows 2012 / 2016 / 2019 Servers.
- Office365 Administration: Creating Users, Groups, Shared Mailbox, Resources Mailbox, & Rooms.
- Applying Policy on Compliance Management like Creating Litigation hold, Auditing, DLP, Retention Policies, Retention Tags.
- Preparing Hybrid Environment for Onboarding On-prem Exchange on Office365.
- Migrating On-Prem File Server to SharePoint.
- Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop Administration.
- Create Machine Catalogs like Permanent Pool, Random Pool, Add Machine, Delete Machine & Machine Configuration.
- Proficient and Hands-on experience in Hyperconverged technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or Degree in IT / Computer Science/ Electronic & Communication or similar.
- Microsoft Azure Certified.
- VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization 2022.
- Nutanix Hybrid Cloud Certifications.
- MCSE.
