We focus on the development and implementation of business-critical IT architecture and digital solutions, creating technology platforms and delivering customized solutions ranging from data strategies to next-generation customer journey solutions. Our team solves complex challenges and envisions future solutions with an entrepreneurial style that emphasizes nimbleness and innovation.
You will primarily deal with the migration to the SAP S/4HANA solution, addressing critical challenges presented by the ECC end-of-life maintenance. Collaborating with Platinion and BCG colleagues, you will work on local and international projects, developing superior, value-driven ERP and application architecture strategies, concepts, and roadmaps.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or above in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in strategic ERP, HCM, CRM, SCM, Planning, or Manufacturing projects.
- Experience in both Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
- Industry expertise in Oil & Gas, Energy, Heavy Industrial, or Manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of core S/4HANA modules and broader SAP industry-specific solutions.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end ERP processes (e.g., Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, etc.).
- Knowledge of specific SAP industrial solutions (e.g., IS-OIL) and analytical tools (e.g., SAP BW/BI).
- Successfully delivered at least one large SAP implementation.
