• Purpose: Responsible for supporting the profitable and sustainable growth of Boston Scientific EMEA through the management of key projects aligned to the EMEA regional strategy.
• Key Project: To lead the roll out of Sales Policies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to enable right ways of working between Commercial and Supply Chain teams in the region and foster growth.
• Responsibilities:
  • Identifying business initiatives
  • Managing design, planning & implementation of projects
  • Working with local country and functional team members
  • Providing updates to senior management and stakeholders
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to develop change management strategies
  • Developing comprehensive measurement tools (KPI’s)
  • Facilitating collaboration between internal teams and external authorities in KSA Medical Market
• Required Knowledge & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree plus 5-7 years of related work experience
  • Complex Project and Program Management experience of at least 3 years
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required - 30%
  • Strong understanding of Change Management practices with excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and lead others in project and program management arena
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Management of a portfolio of programs/products at a strategic level
  • Knowledge in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) medical market
  • Extensive experience with change management and driving/implementing agreed-on changes
  • Experience in a Commercial Environment & Supply Chain would be beneficial
