The Global Travel Business team at ByteDance is focused on delivering advanced product solutions in the Corporate Services domain to enhance management efficiency and user experience in business travel. We build intelligent decision-making platforms for business owners and develop efficient applications for ticket and hotel reservations. Responsibilities:
- Develop server-side projects for ByteDance's travel products, delivering highly available, high-performance, and scalable solutions through quality design and coding.
- Explore tools and processes to improve team efficiency, engage in the team's technical development, and enhance the technical atmosphere.
- Contribute throughout the product delivery cycle, including requirements review, system design, testing, support, monitoring and operation of production systems, and project management.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or related fields.
- Familiarity with Java or Golang technology stack; experience with JVM and Golang performance tuning.
- Knowledge of distributed system design patterns and technologies such as message queues, distributed storage, caching, and locking mechanisms.
- Understanding of operating systems, computer networks, and information security, with the ability to use common data structures and algorithms to solve problems.
- Experience with MySQL and mainstream NoSQL databases, including usage and optimization.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language and ability to troubleshoot and solve issues on Linux.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of leading medium and large project developments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AI/ML and its application in business domains.
