About the Job
The Corporate Information System team at ByteDance is focused on the planning and construction of the company’s internal systems, including human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, and approval processes. The objective is to effectively manage system demands and projects alongside information security management, system configuration, and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term plans for the product line based on business and product analysis.
- Plan the roadmap for B2B products while considering technological advancements and user requirements.
- Understand industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, and align findings with relevant business strategies.
- Manage all stages of internal products, ensuring accountability to users.
- Deliver secure and user-friendly products, coordinating with technology, testing, and operations teams to achieve product goals.
- Oversee product operations, including training and data analysis, while analyzing user behavior and optimizing the user experience based on feedback.
- Foster talent development within the team.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least three years of experience in internet products or enterprise management software.
- Ability to independently handle product requirement analysis and design.
- Project management experience (0-1), with the ability to plan and manage complex cross-department projects.
- Familiarity with the internet product design and development process, including effective communication and collaboration with technical teams.
