Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of corporate service products, ensuring expected penetration and satisfaction rates
• Gather and analyze user requirements, feedback, and usage data; collaborate with internal teams (Product, Data, R&D) to ensure effective product solutions
• Innovate operational methodologies, workflows, and tools to significantly improve operational efficiency

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 2 years of experience in internet product operations or product management
• Strong research, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with strong organizational and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Proven track record of successful cross-departmental collaboration and excellent interpersonal abilities
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Practical skills in scripting and automation (Excel, Python, SQL) to enhance productivity and operational efficiency
