We are hiring an IoT Solutions Architecture Manager to lead and develop a team of Field Engineers focused on Presales and Professional Services activities. In this role, you will help customers with solution architecture, design, and delivery. You will need to be located in one of three geographical regions (Americas, EMEA, or APAC) to effectively manage a team that spans multiple time zones.

As an IoT Solutions Architecture Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of Field Engineers in Presales and Professional Services, solving customer problems as a trusted advisor and promoter of our technologies, coaching and supporting career development within your team, implementing disciplined engineering processes, ensuring team health indicators are measured, engaging with stakeholders, partners, and customers, and collaborating with other leadership team members to drive organizational success.
Requirements:
- Exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Extensive experience with embedded Linux (Yocto or similar) and significant experience with Linux (Debian or Ubuntu preferred).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Golang, Python, C, C++, or Rust).
- Experience managing a small team and engaging with customers.
- Professional written and spoken English is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability.
- Result-oriented with a personal drive to meet commitments and able to communicate the business benefits of technology.
- A humble learner and quick study.
Desirable Traits:
- Experience with RTOS.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages or human languages.
- Previous experience in a remote-first, diverse, distributed work environment.
