About The Role
We’re looking for a talented, hands-on Creative Designer to join Careem’s in-house agency, The Creative Studio. In this role, you will manage Brand projects from creative and visual perspectives and respond to marketing briefs from all Careem vertical services. You will generate creative ideas for small and large-scale projects and serve as the brand guardian shaping Careem's brand identity.
What You'll Do
- Support the marketing team, product management, communications, and other HQ colleagues in managing partnerships aligned with our goals and those of our partners.
- Assist in gathering data and conducting basic customer segmentation analysis to develop content for customer journeys.
- Execute creative and cost-effective marketing activities aimed at acquiring new customers, cross-selling services to existing customers, and increasing customer engagement.
- Provide insights on Saudi cultural trends and suggest ways Careem can engage authentically within the local context.
- Review and adapt centrally created content to better fit the Saudi market.
- Forecast, measure, and report on various projects with partners, including promotions and event partnerships.
- Stay updated on new marketing technologies and promote their use within the team.
- Assist in coordinating strategic events, collaborating with vendors, event coordinators, and design teams for onsite collateral.
What You'll Need

- Proficiency in both English and Arabic, with fluency in Arabic being a prerequisite and experience in Saudi Arabia highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in assessing the impact of marketing campaigns.
- Experience in strategic marketing planning.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a complex operational environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional creativity with a keen attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Strong account management skills and relationship-building capabilities, with effective communication across all levels.
- Experience within the technology industry or start-up environment is advantageous.
