Position
- Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch product features and initiatives effectively.
- Leading the creation of marketing communications and creative assets for key Super App features, internal services, and external partnerships.
- Supporting product marketing campaigns throughout the product lifecycle, driving awareness, acquisition, and adoption.
- Developing guidelines, processes, and best practices for content creation and management.
- Identifying and developing educational tools to ensure customers realize the full value of our product and services.
- Monitoring key marketing metrics and driving growth through customer insights and market needs.
- Qualifications and Experience:
- An owner's mindset with the ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively.
- A creative approach and the ability to execute rapidly on new ideas and experiments.
- Proven experience in Product Management and/or Product Marketing.
- Leadership skills to inspire creative teams and drive the product marketing agenda.
- A passion for making an impact in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate others and meet stretch deadlines.
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience as a Product Manager and/or Product Marketing Manager in a tech company.
- Experience managing multinational teams and multiple markets in the MENA region.
