Our Solutions Architecture team at Chainalysis is dedicated to understanding high-level business strategy and translating it into technical requirements for our customers. We thrive on pushing the boundaries of what is technically achievable. As a Solutions Architect, you will provide technical leadership and guidance during the sales cycle, helping customers, prospects, and partners visualize the steps to achieve their business objectives.

In this role, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of Chainalysis' solutions and offerings, explaining complex topics to various audiences in a compelling and clear manner. Your efforts will have a direct impact on some of our most strategic customers globally as you build custom solutions that facilitate the deployment and integration of our projects. You will also provide invaluable feedback aimed at enhancing customer experiences with Chainalysis solutions.

In This Role, You Will

  • Partner with the Sales team to lead customer-facing technical discussions and activities focused on value creation and solution development.
  • Create customer-specific solutions for the deployment and integration of Chainalysis products.
  • Communicate complex technical requirements to the Product and Engineering teams to develop new features and improve existing capabilities.
  • Inspire confidence by demonstrating Chainalysis solutions effectively.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to both internal and external customers.
  • Identify and highlight business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve goals and expand our presence in public sector markets.
  • Guide customers through technical challenges, from high-level architecture to code implementation.
  • Support sales enablement for partners and channel alliances.

We're Looking For Candidates Who Have

  • Experience working in or with customers in the Public Sector (Law Enforcement, Defense, Justice, Civilian government) or Private Sector (BFSI, Enterprise, B2B software) as a consultant, account executive, sales engineer, solutions architect, or customer success manager.
  • Developed custom deployment plans for SaaS products.
  • A technical generalist background with comfort in REST API integrations, SQL databases, and Kubernetes/Docker containerization.
  • Knowledge of cloud application infrastructures, security principles, and/or blockchain technologies.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
