Position

As a Solutions Development Architect at Cisco, you will lead the design of sophisticated solutions for large opportunities, aligning them with clients' objectives and budget constraints. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to craft innovative and comprehensive solutions that meet the strategic goals of our clients.

Your Impact:

  • Solution Design: Lead the creation of technical, functional, and operational solutions, ensuring they align with client needs.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of Cisco products and services to develop innovative solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with sales and client management teams to conduct requirement gathering and build strong relationships.
  • Consultative Selling: Utilize consultative selling techniques to present solutions that align with customer business outcomes.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to provide expert guidance to clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales leadership, or enterprise technology strategy, particularly in large enterprise accounts.
  • Proven experience in driving operational excellence and managing sophisticated solution architecture.
  • Strong understanding of Cisco and third-party technologies, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Executive-level storytelling ability to present technical architectures compellingly to C-suite audiences.
  • Background in co-developing solutions with partners and driving strategic co-sell initiatives.
  • Recognized leadership in digital transformation and cloud migration with experience in public speaking or executive briefings.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills may be an advantage.
