We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Architect (Manager - Projects) with a strong background in Oracle Cloud solutions and a passion for lifecycle management and enhancing user experience. The ideal candidate will have between 7 to 10 years of experience, with a focus on implementing and managing Oracle Cloud applications across various domains. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic planning, design, and implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions, including OTBI, Oracle Cloud SCM, and Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud applications to provide expert guidance and support to project teams.
• Drive the adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud projects, from planning and design to implementation and support.
• Enhance user experience and prototyping efforts to ensure solutions are user-friendly and meet the needs of the business.
• Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle Cloud applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to increase user adoption and proficiency with Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Ensure the integrity and security of Oracle Cloud applications, implementing best practices for data management and protection.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Oracle Cloud solutions with other systems and applications.
• Stay abreast of new Oracle Cloud features and functionalities, evaluating their applicability to business needs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
