We are seeking a highly experienced Functional Architect with 16 to 20 years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in Ariba Cloud Integ Gateway, Ariba Contract Workbench, Ariba Enterprise Sourcing, SAP Ariba SLP Supplier Risk, Ariba Supplier Network, and Ariba Analysis. This role requires domain experience in Finance & Accounting and Devices / SPM. This position is based in our office with a day shift schedule, and travel may be required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Ariba solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the integration of Ariba Cloud Integ Gateway with existing systems.
- Provide expertise in Ariba Contract Workbench to streamline contract management processes.
- Facilitate the deployment of Ariba Enterprise Sourcing to enhance sourcing strategies.
- Implement SAP Ariba SLP Supplier Risk to manage supplier risk effectively.
- Manage the Ariba Supplier Network to ensure seamless supplier collaboration.
- Utilize Ariba Analysis to generate actionable insights for business decisions.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to align Ariba solutions with financial processes.
- Work closely with Devices / SPM teams to integrate Ariba functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all Ariba implementations.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Ariba applications.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Ariba systems.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to drive business transformation.
Qualifications
- Possess a deep understanding of Ariba Cloud Integ Gateway and its integration capabilities.
- Demonstrate expertise in Ariba Contract Workbench for effective contract management.
- Have extensive experience with Ariba Enterprise Sourcing to support sourcing initiatives.
- Show proficiency in SAP Ariba SLP Supplier Risk for managing supplier risk.
- Be skilled in managing the Ariba Supplier Network for efficient supplier collaboration.
- Utilize Ariba Analysis to provide valuable business insights.
- Have a strong background in finance and accounting to align Ariba solutions with financial processes.
- Experience in Devices / SPM to ensure seamless integration with Ariba.
- Ability to provide training and support to end-users.
- Strong project management skills to oversee Ariba implementations.
