We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Desktop Support and will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktop systems, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop hardware and software.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement solutions for system improvements.
• Ensure all desktop systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches and software updates.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all support activities, including issue resolution and system changes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and use of desktop systems.
• Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Support remote work initiatives by providing technical assistance and ensuring remote systems are secure and functional.
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues and implement new solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services by providing feedback and suggestions based on user experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Desktop Support with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
