As our new Technology Sales Manager (Oil & Gas) - Cloud, Data & AI, you will partner with leading clients in the Oil & Gas sector, such as ARAMCO and SABIC, to guide their digital transformation roadmaps. Your role will ensure the delivery of optimized, secure, reliable, and scalable business operation models while meeting client business and technical requirements and fulfilling Crayon Group’s commitments to excellence.

Location: Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia (Remote)
Work Arrangement: Remote
Language Requirements: English and Arabic, written and spoken

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and support the acquisition of Cloud, Data, and AI projects in KSA by collaborating with key vendors (AWS, Microsoft, and GCP) and aligning with the latest technologies and strategies.
  • Oversee the identification, development, and technical assessment of service opportunities.
  • Work closely with our services organization to ensure effective bid management.
  • Leverage the local partner ecosystem to strengthen value propositions for customers.
  • Lead customer cloud consumption and AI adoption roadmaps.

Qualifications:
Competencies:

  • Extensive technical sales expertise within the IT ecosystem, including applications, cloud, security, data, and AI.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and consultancy.
  • Strong ability to translate business objectives into compelling value propositions and leverage technology to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Proficient in project and resource management with hands-on experience in multi-cloud environments.

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of navigating customer-facing situations, negotiating with stakeholders, understanding diverse needs, managing risks, and ensuring successful product delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Positive, self-motivated, and self-managed, with excellent organizational abilities.
