As a Principal Solution Architect, you will join our DevSecOps and Automation team as a key technologist, driving DevSecOps and Automation practices at both the product and program levels. In this role, you will:
- Lead the definition and governance of new corporate and portfolio IT standards, guidelines and practices.
- Analyze and understand the potential impact of competing technologies and assess their strategic significance.
- Showcase business value by executing Proof of Concepts by engaging relevant IT teams.
- Drive architecture decisions and be accountable for their implications regarding solution costs, delivery schedules, application complexity, and overall solution performance.
- Provide architecture and technology leadership to development teams and engage in, and lead, a wider virtual team of senior managers, technical and subject matter experts.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT, focusing on DevSecOps, Cybersecurity, and Automation.
- Strong experience architecting and implementing security solutions for complex, distributed systems in both cloud and on-prem environments.
- Expertise in integrating security automation into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring secure development processes and automated vulnerability management.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
- In-depth experience with SIEM, SOAR, and automated incident response tools.
- Strong familiarity with secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) and shift-left security practices.
