IT Engineer

• Description: IT Engineer is expected to have logical & troubleshooting skills. Basic Telecommunication knowledge is an advantage. The resource will be part of the Ericsson ADM team to support the configuration of the Ericsson Catalog for customer IT Products.

Responsibilities

• Participating in the design discussion with the customer & Solution architects
• Writing technical documents like test cases and report
• Testing and fixing bugs related to Product configuration
• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate Product Models
• Configure the Products in SIT, PP, and other lower Environment
• Testing the Product by using multiple tools like SOAP, Simulations
• Troubleshoot, debug and deliver the fixed in production issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Programming languages: Python, Java, HTML, JavaScript
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache)
• Knowledge of RESTful API architecture
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Great attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• An analytical mind
• Degree in Computer Science, or telecom, and statistics or a relevant field
• Frameworks: Django, React, Dash, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap
• Libraries: Pandas, Numpy, sklearn, Matplotlib
• Other tools: Git, Github, SQLite
