Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various ERP stakeholders within the Client’s Project to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives.
- Deliverables Production: Create high-quality deliverables and presentations tailored for senior leadership, ensuring clarity and relevance to strategic objectives.
- Governance Management: Oversee end-to-end governance processes for the transformation program, ensuring compliance with established frameworks and best practices.
- Reporting and Insights: Manage regular reports that provide insights into project/program progress, risks, and governance metrics.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development.
- Issue Escalation: Oversee issue and risk escalation processes, ensuring timely resolution and effective stakeholder communication.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the success of governance initiatives.
- Change Control Management: Assist in change management efforts for smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems.
- Collaboration with EY Teams: Work closely with EY teams to align governance practices with the transformation program's objectives.
Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with at least 5 years of experience in implementing platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
- Project Management: Proven project management experience.
- Governance and Reporting: Experience in governance and reporting.
- Government Experience: Government experience is a plus.
- Certifications: COBIT and/or PMP certifications are highly preferred.
