We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a NewGen Workflow Development & Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities of a Newgen Developer

Application Development:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Newgen's BPM, ECM, and CCM platforms.
  • Customizing Newgen applications to meet specific business requirements.

Workflow Design:

  • Creating and managing workflows using Newgen's BPM suite.
  • Automating business processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Integration:

  • Integrating Newgen solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
  • Using APIs and other integration tools to ensure seamless data flow between systems.

Customization and Configuration:
