We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Manager to join our dynamic IT team to oversee and manage our ERP applications. As the ERP Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our systems are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business needs. You will also manage a team of ERP professionals to ensure that our systems are running smoothly and effectively. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement. Solid accounting and financial business experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee ERP systems and related projects.
- Ensure that ERP systems are integrated and aligned with business needs.
- Develop and implement processes for managing and maintaining ERP systems.
- Lead the ERP team, providing guidance and direction as needed.
- Collect, document, and verify business requirements and functional specifications.
- Map business requirements to functional requirements.
- Develop and deliver project documentation, including requirements traceability matrix and business process design.
- Identify gaps in standard product functionality and recommend effective solutions.
- Design customizations or extensions where there is a gap in standard product functionality.
- Interface between technical teams and business/end-users, designing solutions in conjunction with functional and technical teams.
- Ensure deliverables are met on a timely basis.
- Create/review test scenarios, scripts, and test plans and execute them.
- Participate in competency building activities and internal training.
- Develop and manage budgets for ERP projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP systems and related technologies.
- Optimize operational efficiency between the business, ERP systems, and related platforms.
- Establish and adhere to enterprise architecture across technical and functional domains.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related field. Education in accounting or financial administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 12+ years’ experience managing complex ERP environments and ERP project implementations.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an ERP Architect or Business Applications/Systems Manager.
- Proven experience in Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics/D365 ERP systems; cloud-based ERP systems experience is a plus.
- At least 2 cycles of project implementation experience.
- Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, translating business requirements into actionable plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues effectively.
- Proven track record of driving innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence in application development and management.
