About the Job
G42 is seeking an experienced and self-driven Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for translating specific business requirements into effective AI-driven technology solutions. G42, a leading artificial intelligence and cloud computing company, serves a variety of commercial and government clients across diverse industry sectors, including Healthcare, Government, Smart City & Mobility, Oil & Gas, Fintech, Geospatial, Aviation, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, and Sports.
Responsibilities
- Review application requirements and interface designs.
- Identify web-based user interactions.
- Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React concepts.
- Write application interface codes using JavaScript following React.js workflows.
- Troubleshoot interface software and debug application codes.
- Develop and implement front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
- Monitor and enhance front-end performance.
- Document application changes and develop updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience working as a React.js developer.
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
- Familiarity with REACT tools such as Angular, React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
- Experience in user interface design.
- Clear understanding of cloud-native solutions and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of performance testing frameworks such as Mocha and Jest.
- Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
