Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with various businesses and engineering teams to manage all Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) administration activities—this includes change management, upgrades, testing, user feedback, and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Represent PLM implementation within the Business Systems Department, ensuring that PLM development aligns with end-user requirements. Provide frontline support regarding PLM functionality and data availability.
- Ensure the PLM system operates 24/7 (except during scheduled maintenance) and consistently maintain the upgraded version of Windchill.
- Maintain, execute, and troubleshoot the PLM-ERP interface, ensuring that technical issues are resolved promptly.
- Administer the PLM Toolset (PTC Windchill) by defining workflows, attributes, and user rights.
- Act as the main point of contact between HALCON and the PLM toolset supplier/external PLM implementation partner.
- Maintain processes and documentation pertaining to PLM change package releases.
- Propose improvements to the PLD data model and ERP interface, coordinating closely with the ERP Administrator and Configuration Management Manager to ensure data and workflow accuracy between systems.
- Ensure that all design, simulation, and calculation tools are integrated with our PLM system for seamless workflows among development teams.
- Maintain documentation for Windchill system configurations, enhancements, and modifications.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in PLM technology and implement relevant improvements.
- Develop training materials for PLM, including instructions and user guides, and conduct training sessions for end users.
- Ensure compliance with all processes and workflows.
Experience & Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or IT certifications are preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of IT management experience, particularly in Windchill PLM system administration and CAD/PLM administration, with a focus on Creo Parametric, SolidWorks, Altium, and SAP integration being a distinct advantage.
- Experience in the precision-guided munition industry is preferable.
- In-depth knowledge of Windchill PDMLink, MPMLink, and/or other Windchill modules.
- Familiarity with regulations and compliance specific to the munition industry.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills, along with excellent problem-solving abilities and prioritization capabilities.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic would be advantageous.

- Knowledge of engineering standards and best practices within the defense industry.
- Solid experience in the customization and use of PLM and ERP systems.
- Thorough understanding of the systems engineering process, baseline establishment, and change control.
- Proven troubleshooting and technical leadership skills.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with both technical and non-technical personnel and service providers.
