Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) who will be responsible for a specific industry within the Middle East market. The candidate will identify new opportunities for Help AG products and services and coordinate activities with the management of Help AG and our vendor partners. Supported by Help AG’s strong marketing activities and a large team of outstanding security experts, the Senior BDM will engage with target customers to introduce Help AG’s product and service portfolio through phone calls, emails, and introductory meetings. This role serves as the continuous point of contact for the customer.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction of existing clients and prospects.
  • Structure market, customers, and opportunities and prioritize activities.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and enhance existing business relationships.
  • Responsible for accountability of a minimum of USD 5 Million in revenue per year.
  • Coordinate Proof of Concepts (PoC) and tender processes.
  • Assist the finance team in collecting accounts receivables.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in computer science, information systems, electrical engineering, or a closely related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of successful experience in the Gulf region in IT networking or information security.
  • Strong experience with presentations, demonstrations, proposal preparation, and responding to RFPs and tenders.
  • Proficient in identifying decision-makers and stakeholders, as well as in management-level discussions and negotiations.
  • Familiarity with key information security tools and vendors such as Juniper, F5, Blue Coat, RSA, etc.
  • Background in cyber security, preferably in the UAE.
  • Sales certifications from various vendors.
  • Good understanding of management systems, ISMS, BCMS.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Committed to managing long-term client relationships and understanding customer security requirements to recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent professional communication and presentation skills.
  • Flexible work approach based on job requirements.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative ability.
  • Required to speak and write in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
  • Customer-focused with strong solutions selling skills and sound knowledge of information security solutions.
