Senior Product Manager

About the Opportunity
Responsible for a squad (entire product). Develops subject matter expertise by understanding a business area, customer journey, or complex external domain in depth. Understand pain points and the customer journey for our customers. Zoom on problem statements to come up with effective solutions for our vendor partners. Plan the product vision and roadmap with all key project stakeholders, including business owners, designers, and tech leads. Gather, create, and define user stories (epics, themes, and features), including creating acceptance criteria. Build, edit, and maintain product backlog with support from internal teams and stakeholders. Continuously improve processes and workflows with cross-functional teams through project retrospectives, ensuring the product vision can be delivered within defined time and other constraints. Manage product execution to deliver quality products, writing specs, running A/B tests, interviewing users, and ensuring product performance. Translate complex technical concepts into actionable items to be planned, prioritized, and integrated into the team’s roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience with OKRs and roadmap planning
• Experience with A/B testing, Jira, and Agile working environment
• Experience working with various stakeholders, including engineering, internal, and external stakeholders
