Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Brand Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain Client Relationships and Showcase IBM’s Tech Value: Actively nurture client relationships while clearly articulating the value of IBM’s technology solutions.
  • Utilize Solution-Selling Skills: Employ solution-selling techniques to engage with decision-makers, assess opportunities, and develop lasting partnerships.
  • Oversee the Full Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process, addressing RFI/RFP responses and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) with a focus on acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with IBM’s Sales Network: Work in conjunction with IBM’s sales ecosystem to formulate and execute sales campaigns that drive growth in the sales pipeline.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in Tech Sales: Proven ability in acquiring new clients.
  • Ability to Convey Tech Solutions: Skillful at articulating the business and financial impacts of tech solutions.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Proficient in engaging and persuasive communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Data & AI Market Knowledge: Experienced in the Data & AI market to act as a trusted advisor (training on IBM’s Data & AI offerings will be provided).
