About the Job
Mastercard is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant for the Advisors Program Management team. This role focuses on delivering impactful consulting solutions that address evolving customer needs in the execution space. You will work closely with clients to harness proven change management skills and domain expertise, helping them attain measurable value through the deployment of new products and strategies.

As a Senior Managing Consultant, your responsibilities will include facilitating smooth implementation of complex technology projects and transformation initiatives, strengthening clients’ internal capabilities, and optimizing their management practices. You will play a critical role in establishing governance structures, delivery plans, and budgets while providing leadership and mentorship to project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective delivery of client strategies by working with project sponsors and senior stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage expected benefits through measurement and realization processes.
  • Build and grow the APM team by hiring and deploying appropriate resources for project delivery.
  • Collaborate with business development and support functions to increase revenue and enhance client experience.
  • Support the Regional APM lead on strategic and operational matters, including capacity planning and alignment with stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate project delivery and gather feedback.
  • Drive simplification of end-to-end deployment processes to improve efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
