About the Job
Meta is seeking a Regional Program Manager to drive the strategy, operations, and communications for the SMS and Business Messaging programs in the EMEA region. In this role, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams across the organization. Your goal will be to define and foster impactful client partnerships while addressing complex product challenges and building programs and infrastructure that support the Meta family of app products and stimulate growth across the platform.

As the Regional Program Manager, you will collaborate with influential Business Messaging Telco partners in EMEA to promote business growth and innovation. This position is ideal for an experienced program manager and partnerships professional who is proactive and deeply passionate about partnerships, products, and people. A proven track record of building relationships with decision-makers (C-Suite) and experience in driving growth through hands-on go-to-market strategies will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-functional program interdependencies to achieve objectives.
  • Measure and report program metrics/KPIs while leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee operational and deal reviews, quickly addressing context, issues, and risks to resolve ambiguous situations.
  • Keep regional and product stakeholders updated on program progress, risk assessments, and issue resolution.
  • Utilize data to optimize processes and develop playbooks for team execution.
  • Identify infrastructure/system improvements for enhanced internal efficiency.
  • Partner with regional leads to maximize new business opportunities, thereby creating streamlined deal and delivery processes.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to accelerate long-term revenue growth and future-proof partner directions.
  • Translate market opportunities and challenges within the Business Messaging domain into a well-defined growth strategy for the EMEA ecosystem.
  • Unlock revenue and value through a deep understanding of partner business models, positioning, and risks.
  • Engage with partners at various stages of the partnership lifecycle on their go-to-market strategies across Business Messaging platforms.
  • Provide thought leadership on Messaging and Conversational Commerce trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence partner product development and prioritize feature requests and strategic roadmaps.
  • Drive product adoption and growth while providing ongoing education about new and existing Meta marketing products.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, strategy & operations, management consulting, or a general management role in the Telco or messaging industry.
  • Strong understanding of mobile authentication, A2P business, and business messaging, with an interest in Meta products and the digital marketing landscape.
  • Background in the digital advertising or CPaaS industry.
  • Proven capability in driving growth through technology and product integrations.
  • Demonstrated interest in Advertising, Business Messaging, and Social commerce.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional peers and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong project management and quantitative analytical skills with the ability to create Go-To-Market plans.
  • Experience driving initiatives to completion within specified timelines involving cross-functional teams.
  • Skill in preparing polished presentations and communicating findings to leadership with key takeaways.
