  • Role Purpose: Build and manage the Client Services team within Business Solutions organization to create and implement the Neom Corporate Services Target Operating Model (CSTOM).
  • Key Accountabilities:
    • Build, manage, and motivate a diverse team of experts for service delivery excellence.
    • Business Relationship Management between Clients and the Corporate Functions.
    • Establishing and ensuring Service Agreements / Pricing / Service Catalogues / SLAs.
    • Identification of service requirements for existing and new clients.
    • Enabling the operationalization of Subsidiaries through support of corporate functions.
    • Solution Design and customization of Corporate Services operating model.
  • Background, Skills & Qualifications:
    • Effective leader and influencer.
    • Strong client management and stakeholder management skills.
    • Solution skills and team management experience.
    • Project Management and Financial Analysis Skills.
    • Bachelors degree (minimum) with additional professional qualifications desirable.
