About the Job
The Customer Solution Architect will work closely with the sales team to develop product, service, and solution offers that meet specific client needs. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities while leveraging technical expertise to influence the buying decisions of customers. The architect will be responsible for presenting potential products and solutions to both internal and external clients and must have a thorough understanding of the market landscape to effectively customize support.

How You Will Contribute and What You Will Learn
In collaboration with the Sales team and Account Managers, you will develop business opportunities primarily at the regional level, while also engaging globally as needed. This role requires providing system-level technical expertise related to CNS ECE solutions and leading the creation of solution offers, including Bill of Materials (BOM) and Statements of Compliance. You will actively participate in building and nurturing long-term partnerships with key customers, serving as a senior subject matter expert on Core and RAN 4G/5G technologies.

Additionally, you will utilize your knowledge of industry trends and corporate goals to develop innovative solutions that enhance your effectiveness and sustain competitive advantage. The position involves identifying technical risks and proposing mitigation strategies, as well as contributing to the overall technical aspects of the sales process.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Strong technical understanding of end-to-end private wireless network architectures (LTE, 5G with NSA/SA).
  • Familiarity with enterprise, public safety, and industrial market segments, such as energy, transport, utilities, manufacturing, and logistics.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of subscriber management, packet core, and IMS core network elements in LTE and 5G networks.
  • Understanding of 3GPP and GSMA standards and their application in private wireless deployments.
  • Ability to bridge the sales and delivery phases effectively, identifying and managing risks to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent technical writing skills for crafting technical solution descriptions and statements of work.

As a highly independent and self-directed professional, you will develop plans to assess customer relationships and service levels, while anticipating problems and seeking development opportunities. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will communicate complex information to various stakeholders, including external customers and vendors.

Knowledge and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess mastery in a specialized professional discipline, combining deep theoretical knowledge with practical experience. A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience and/or a graduate or postgraduate-level qualification is expected.
