Account Cloud Engineer

Oracle is seeking an Account Cloud Engineer to assist enterprises in their transformation with cutting-edge cloud technology. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive customer success by building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with sales and Oracle’s cloud teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Create and deliver technical proposals and solution documentation.
• Define effective cloud solutions utilizing Oracle's IaaS and PaaS offerings.
• Design and deliver enterprise cloud architectures that demonstrate business value.
• Lead cross-functional teams to assist customers with the design and adoption of enterprise cloud architecture on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Qualifications:

• Technical fluency with strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI) and their applications.
• Experience as a Cloud Architect or in a customer-facing role, focused on enterprise cloud solutions.
• A minimum of X years in technology and industry, with experience in public cloud platforms.
• Preferred: Relevant hyperscaler cloud certifications and familiarity with cloud implementation cycles, as well as a degree in computer science or related field.
