As an Oracle Account Cloud Engineer, you will empower organizations on their digital transformation journey, making a direct impact on their success through the power of Oracle's comprehensive cloud portfolio. You will drive customer success by acting as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements.
- Creating and delivering technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation.
- Defining effective cloud solutions leveraging the Oracle Infrastructure (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) portfolio.
- Designing and delivering enterprise cloud architectures that articulate business value.
- Leading cross-functional Oracle teams to support customers in adopting and governing enterprise cloud architecture on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI) and their applications.
- Experience as a Cloud Architect or in a customer-facing role such as Pre-Sales Solution Architect.
- Relevant hyperscaler cloud certifications are a plus.
- Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
