The addition of a Transformation Strategy Advisor will enhance our capacity to engage with key accounts, driving pre- and post-sales activities that align with our customers' strategic goals. This role will focus on fostering relationships at the C-level and ensuring sustained engagement for renewal and expansion opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within major accounts, ensuring alignment with their transformation strategies.
- Pre-Sales Activities: Collaborate with account executives to identify customer needs and tailor solutions that address their unique challenges.
- Post-Sales Support: Act as a trusted advisor post-implementation, providing insights and strategies to maximize the value of our solutions, thus driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Pipeline Expansion: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, contributing to revenue growth.
- Market Insights: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine our approach and offerings in the public sector space.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of business applications
- 4-12 years of experience as a pre-sales or implementation consultant in enterprise transformation projects or consulting roles
- Very good understanding of Business applications and solution interaction with other solutions, like HCM, ERP, EPM, Projects, Procurement, Supply Chain, or other solutions
- Experience implementing or demonstrating software like Oracle or SAP
- Previous work experience in a sales, pre-sales, product management, or consulting role is a plus
- Ability to apply technology to drive innovation, experience in utilizing design thinking and customer journey mapping is a plus
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent desirable
