Responsibilities
- Act as the lead architect for the CRM domain
- Lead the CRM aspects of Oracle Communications Solution opportunities
- Understand and present the solution in the context of the Oracle Communications Digital Business Experience
- Lead PreSales activity for a given customer, architecting the proper solution and defining requirements
- Partner with a larger global organization to deliver successful demos and POCs
- Orchestrate RFX solution responses
- Lead presentations to key stakeholders
- Perform hands-on application configuration when required
Requirements
- Communications Industry CRM expertise (Siebel CRM, Salesforce, Amdocs, Netcracker)
- Previous experience with Contact Center, B2B selling, order management, billing care
- Experience as a pre-sales consultant and solution architect
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
- Deep functional and technical experience in the Communications vertical
- AI and Analytics experience, especially outcome-based experience
- Digital channel experience
- E2E solution architecture
- Availability to travel regionally and occasionally internationally
