Position

As an experienced Solution Architect on the Support Services Organization aligned with the Client team, you will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise/consulting to our clients. As you work with Oracle Health technologies, you will prioritize, plan, and deliver solution-specific requests and projects both independently and in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment. You will use your troubleshooting skills to perform investigations of front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally. You will also use your solution expertise to bring about Oracle Health’s innovations and solution capabilities. Our Solution Architects are responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge transfer materials across the lifecycle of a project/investigation. Your goal is incident resolution, application maintenance, and to provide tangible and measurable value outcomes that improve care delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in IT, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, with a strong focus on Pharmacy modules and integrated solution modules
  • Proven experience with Oracle Health Pharmacy Inpatient, Outpatient & Supply chain, integrated Solution Modules (CareNet)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Customer service experience, at least 2 years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Oracle Health Millennium
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with Pharmacy Supply chain, Point of care, Discern Rule configurations (EKM Rules), Oracle Health Custom Reporting (CCL), Integrated Carenet modules
  • Experience working in Support or Application Managed Services organization
  • Software implementation work experience, at least 3+ years
  • Health care information technology work, at least 3+ years

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients on service line workflow and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts for Pharmacy and Supply chain
  • Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pharmacy and Supply chain
  • Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients
  • Stay current on evolving features, functionalities, and best practices related to Pharmacy and Supply chain
  • Mitigate solution risks and issues
  • Lead client meetings and events
  • Drive internal team initiatives
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
