Position

In a world of possibilities, pursue one with endless opportunities at Parsons Corporation. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Reporting & Analytics Manager for our project in Tabuk, KSA. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of document control procedures, as well as monitoring their appropriate implementation.

The Senior Reporting & Analytics Manager ensures the document control department efficiently processes and retrieves electronic and hard copy documents; supervises the proper receipt, recording, distribution, filing, and archiving of these documents; and manages the daily activities of the document control staff. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring staff has the necessary equipment and training to perform their jobs efficiently.
  • Monitoring the functionality and accuracy of the document control system and coordinating any modifications.
  • Maintaining continuous communication with all program members regarding document control issues.
  • Developing and/or revising document control procedures as required by the program.
  • Ensuring compliance with document control procedures during processing.
  • Managing the accuracy of data entered by document control staff.
  • Issuing and distributing reports on the status of documents.
  • Organizing and maintaining the Program Technical Library.
  • Communicating policy changes in the document control department.
  • Preparing specialized program reports/presentations for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the field of expertise (or equivalent).
  • Typically 15 years of related work experience, including significant supervisory/managerial experience.
  • Membership in a professional society related to the field of expertise is required.
  • Proven ability to drive excellence in your field, focusing on process improvement, mentoring, training, and compliance.
  • Capable of conducting briefings to all management levels and effectively executing complex tasks.
