Responsibilities

Do you want to be part of a team that supports United States European Command (USEUCOM)? Peraton is looking for a Cybersecurity Cooperation Lead that can provide Cyber Security Cooperation at the CCMD level and serve as the primary interface to USEUCOM Directorates, NATO forces, other DoD organizations, Allied and Coalition mission partners representatives, subject matter experts, Senior Executives, and USEUCOM Leadership. You will work with Mission Partner Advocates to coordinate cooperation efforts and use a dedicated tool to mitigate barriers to cyber security cooperation. Provides expert advice and analytical support for strategic planning, performance management and measurement, and organizational assessment efforts, especially with regard to multinational partners and Joint/Combined Exercises. Provides strategic and operational level analysis pertaining to DoD-wide strategy, future issues and strategic foresight, policy, doctrine, decisions, trends concepts, and studies, including multinational partners and Joint/Combined Exercises. Follows our Cyber Security Cooperation Framework to track and evaluate outcomes and results in improved interoperability to meet mission performance plan policy goals. Analyzes strategies, policies, doctrine, plans, capability gaps, and emerging trends to support decision-making related to the current and potential future threat environment, while coordinating J6 considerations and activities into multinational partnerships and Joint/Combined Exercises. Reviews and analyzes selected publications to determine congruence with or divergence from existing policy and doctrine. Coordinates, facilitates, and executes strategic and policy interface opportunities involving strategic planning, strategy management and policy integration functions, and budgeting/effective use of strategy related resources. Provides expertise on prioritization of cyber strategy related programs and coordinates and integrates plans with supporting/supported interagency partners. Provides senior staff expertise and recommendations regarding the establishment, management, and execution-level analysis for risk management relating to operations, multinational partners and Joint/Combined Exercises.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience with strategic and operational planning, and knowledge of Security Cooperation Related activities
  • Possess expert knowledge of capabilities pertinent to the USEUCOM AOR and proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive planning efforts
  • Possess superior oral and written communications skills, including an expert ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, deliver effective oral presentations, prepare assessments and other written products and represent USEUCOM in interagency meetings
  • Possess superior interpersonal, organizational, and management skills and an expert ability to conceptualize and lead complex analytic projects.
  • Be a critical thinker; willing to listen, learn and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Possess expert skills with Microsoft Office applications.

Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
