Within the Strategy & Analytics team, Property Finder is seeking a Product Analytics Manager who will partner with product management departments to provide analytically driven solutions and create business impacts. The role involves working with a talented group of ex-consultants from top firms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end workstreams to deliver data-driven business and product insights.
- Conduct complex analyses to identify improvement areas and enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with various functions within the company and present findings to organizational leaders.
- Collaborate with the product management team to integrate analytics into daily initiatives.
- Assess marketing campaigns, product features, and client performance with clear recommendations.
- Deliver reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
Desired Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analytics within a respected tech company or management consulting firm.
- Familiarity with Product, CRM, and Growth departments.
- Proven experience in managing small teams and delivering impactful analytics projects.
- Expert in SQL and Tableau; experience with Google Analytics, A/B Testing, and Tag management.
Communication Skills:
- Ability to create and present compelling presentations to senior audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical content.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders.
