We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. We believe in nurturing talent and encourage creativity and autonomy in a fun and positive environment. As a developer, you will have the responsibility of developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable full-stack applications that drive our core business functions. Our team employs Agile development methods, allowing you to contribute meaningful ideas from inception to production while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.
- Utilize CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Github Actions).
- Work with cloud-native technology and architecture.
- Collaborate with teams to define and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in backend languages (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, Golang).
- Experience with AWS services and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with message queues and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently when required.
- Passion for clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.
