Position Summary
As Puffy's AI Technology Lead in Dubai, you will own our AI adoption and innovation initiatives, revolutionizing our business processes and customer experiences. What You Will Do:
As our AI Technology Lead, you'll drive AI adoption and innovation across Puffy, enhancing our efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive market analyses to identify emerging AI tools and platforms, evaluating their potential to revolutionize operations and customer experiences.
- Developing data-driven business cases for AI adoption, collaborating with cross-functional teams to quantify potential ROI and secure buy-in from senior leadership.
- Orchestrating end-to-end implementations of approved AI tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Performing rigorous post-implementation reviews to assess the value and impact of AI initiatives.
- Designing and delivering engaging AI awareness programs and capability-building workshops to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborating with our data analytics team to develop custom AI solutions tailored to unique challenges in our e-commerce niche.
- Staying at the cutting edge of AI advancements by attending conferences, engaging with thought leaders, and bringing fresh insights back to Puffy.
Required Skills / Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in AI and machine learning technologies, with a proven track record of applying these to drive business value.
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver AI initiatives on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau) to effectively communicate the impact of AI initiatives.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies, with the ability to identify AI-driven opportunities for optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to stay current with rapidly evolving AI technologies and their applications in e-commerce.
- Proven ability to conduct workshops and build relationships with AI vendors, startups, and research institutions to foster innovation and partnerships.
