We are looking for contingent workers with deep expertise in Microsoft products and the Microsoft environment, coupled with strong product management skills. The successful candidates will support our team in migration, optimizing, and managing Microsoft technologies, driving product strategy, and ensuring the successful implementation and management of our technology.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Microsoft Product Expertise: Provide expert guidance and support on Microsoft products, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft technologies.
- Product Management: Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Implementation Support: Manage and execute deployment plans for Microsoft products. Oversee the implementation process, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Optimization and Maintenance: Monitor and optimize the performance of Microsoft products. Implement updates and enhancements to maintain functionality and security.
- Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Microsoft products and product management processes. Prepare and present reports on product performance and project status.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, development teams, and business units, to gather requirements and provide solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Microsoft products. Create user guides and resources to facilitate effective use of the technologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with data-driven decision-making and performance metrics.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Change Management: Experience in managing change and driving adoption of new technologies within large organizations.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and product management principles.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms.
- Minimum educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
- Required years of experience: 5-7 years of experience.
