Head of Digital Marketing

• About the role
  • Leading the conceptual planning and execution of the whole Digital marketing budget with the objective of achieving its KPIs
  • Ensure the right digital marketing technologies and processes are in place for successful digital campaigns
  • Activate the Digital marketing strategy to drive awareness and transactions via QR.com and all related platforms
  • Utilize relevant e-marketing technologies and data analysis methods to achieve set targets
  • Budget and manage the multi-million digital marketing programs of Qatar Airway Group efficiently
  • Monitor performances of all digital channels (paid, owned, and earned) to ensure objectives and KPIs are met
  • Establish teams' objectives and priorities to align with business objectives
  • Keep abreast of market trends and developments
  • Ensure compliance with data protection principles and relevant policies
• Your skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 10 years of job-related experience within the airline industry
  • Expert understanding of digital marketing techniques and advanced marketing technologies
  • Proven leadership in an e-Marketing environment
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven with strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Experience in delegating work, setting clear direction, and managing workflow
