  • Role: Sales and Solutions Engineer to build the Sales Engineering function for Africa from Dubai. Responsibilities include creating and delivering personalized technical sales presentations, defining integration plans, delivering end-to-end integrations, informing the product roadmap, and more.
  • Requirements:
    • 6+ years of experience in a client-facing role as a Sales Engineer or in Professional Services
    • Strong Professional Services experience within the payments industry
    • Deep knowledge in API-based integration, system debugging, and log analysis
    • Strong project management experience
    • Must have great technical writing and clear documentation style
    • SQL, Kibana, and Postman experience are a must
    • Jira and Confluence experience is an advantage
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Education and Previous Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline
    • Lived, worked, or studied in Africa or have a passion for the continent
