- Role: Sales and Solutions Engineer to build the Sales Engineering function for Africa from Dubai. Responsibilities include creating and delivering personalized technical sales presentations, defining integration plans, delivering end-to-end integrations, informing the product roadmap, and more.
- Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in a client-facing role as a Sales Engineer or in Professional Services
- Strong Professional Services experience within the payments industry
- Deep knowledge in API-based integration, system debugging, and log analysis
- Strong project management experience
- Must have great technical writing and clear documentation style
- SQL, Kibana, and Postman experience are a must
- Jira and Confluence experience is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
