Position

Salesforce is seeking a Lead Account Solution Engineer, also known as a "Presales Consultant" or "Sales Engineer." In this role, you will play a crucial part in the sales cycle, providing thought leadership and owning solutions to enhance customer experiences. You will collaborate with colleagues, support the sales team, and translate business objectives into compelling recommendations. Your technical and sales skills will be vital in presenting product offerings, addressing objections, and inspiring customer confidence in our technology. As an Account Solution Engineer, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers during their transformational journeys.

Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other teams.
  • Understand the customer’s needs and establish Salesforce’s product as the best solution to unique challenges.
  • Convey deep understanding of the client’s industry and technology in relation to Salesforce’s solutions.
  • Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, including building and presenting customized demos of Salesforce products.
  • Participate in all relevant product, sales, and procedural training to maintain important knowledge.
  • Meet quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
  • Efficiently respond to RFPs and lead the technical side of the sales cycle.
  • Engage in internal training programs and mentorship initiatives to foster career growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in implementing Digital Transformation strategies.
  • Proven track record of success in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training in an enterprise software environment.
  • Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills in a dynamic team setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic, energizing environments.
  • Strong curiosity about career growth and technology.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Fluency in Arabic is appreciated.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of business requirements across multiple industries.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce products and relevant certifications.
